A former employee of Walt Disney World, who was arrested in April for allegedly filming up a guest’s dress, has been arrested again, according to the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office.

Twenty-six-years-old Jorge Diaz-Vega Jr. reportedly committed the same crime again last week, this time at a Publix store near Pleasant Hill Road and Bellalago Drive. Diaz-Vega Jr. was out on bond after his initial arrest, but was allegedly up to the same activity that got him arrested only months ago.

In April, Jorge Diaz Vega, a former employee of Disney’s Hollywood Studios, was questioned by deputies over accusations that he took up-skirt videos of women at the Star Wars-themed retail store where he worked. He told deputies he had over 500 such videos on his phone, which he said he recorded as a “guilty pleasure” for his own sexual gratification.

On Monday, deputies said they responded to a Publix located at 3839 Pleasant Hill Road in Kissimmee after being called about a “lewd and lascivious act” by a Publix employee.

A woman told deputies that she was in the bakery section of the Publix when she noticed a man wearing a baggy gray shirt following her and her husband.
According to the charging affidavit, the man “suddenly passed behind her and knelt to the side with his phone in his hand.” The woman said she felt uncomfortable and that her husband followed the man to see what he was doing since she felt the man may have taken photos of her.

The woman said she saw the man, later identified as Jorge Diaz Vega, walk towards the checkout area where he stood behind another woman and placed his phone underneath her dress.

The woman said she yelled at the man to stop, causing the man to leave the store, but she said her husband was able to stop him and take the phone from Diaz Vega.
According to the affidavit, the woman said Diaz Vega said he had a record and was previously fired for a similar incident, and to please not call the police.

Diaz Vega was taken to the Osceola County jail on a $5,000 bond.  A judge has ordered Diaz-Vega to stay away from EVERY Publix grocery store.
