The Florida Department of Health’s coronavirus case management dashboard shows that four ZIP codes have 243 of the counties cases.

Kissimmee’s 34744 has 86, the most (22 percent of all cases), followed by 34746 (63), 34741 (48) and 34743 (46). Those are some of the most densely-populated areas in the county.

ZIP codes that include St. Cloud with the highest cases are 34771 (25), 34769 (19) and 34772 (19).

Thursday saw the highest number of new Osceola County COVID-19 cases in over a week. The DOH reported 23 new cases here, for a total of 384. That’s the most in one day since Wednesday, April 8.

It’s been a full week since the county added to its tally of 5 fatalities. There are 104 hospitalizations.

The state added 829 cases and 72 deaths to its totals of 23,340 cases and 668 fatalities.
