To honor the memory of Mark Durbin, the longest-serving Kissimmee City Manager who passed away in September, the City of Kissimmee in partnership with the Tompkins Family Foundation has established an annual scholarship to be awarded to a local college-bound student majoring in public administration with the intent of becoming a future local government manager.

Donations for this program can be made to the Mark Durbin Memorial Scholarship through the Education Foundation of Osceola County.

For those interested in making a donation, they can visit and select “Mark Durbin Memorial Scholarship” to donate or place a check in the mail to 2310 New Beginnings Road, Kissimmee, FL, 34744.
