Osceola County Commissioners Peggy Choudhry and Viviana Janer are set to host a ‘Back to School Backpack Giveaway Bash’ on Wednesday July 31 from 10am – 12pm at Osceola Heritage Park’s Event Center,. The event will support local students by providing free backpacks filled with essential school supplies, helping them start the academic year prepared and equipped.

Open to all Osceola County residents, the giveaway operates on a first-come, first-served basis, with no pre-registration required. Children must be present to receive their backpacks, ensuring they get the supplies they need for a successful school year.

The Back to School Bash is supported by various community partners, including Osceola County, the Salvation Army of Osceola and Orange Counties, Osceola Magic, MASA Action Fund, Devoted Health, and Staples of Winter Garden. These organizations are working together to make a positive impact on the lives of students and families in the area.
