I’m Nathan Blackwell, Mayor of the City of St. Cloud.

Fall is here, and the City of St. Cloud is gearing up for many fun Fall events. The weekend of October 16 will be packed with fun you won’t want to miss. Our Pinktoberfest, sponsored by Pink Heals to raise awareness and support those battling cancer, will be Saturday, October 16th, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. downtown. In addition to pop-up vendors, lots of great food, prize drawings, a silent auction, and public safety demonstrations, the highlight of the event will be our annual Fire Truck Pull, with teams competing to pull a fire engine. You won’t want to miss this great day, supporting a great cause.

Also on October 16th, the St. Cloud Fire Rescue Department is participating in Fire Safety Fest at Osceola Heritage Park. This free event includes safety demonstrations, touch a truck, tour a medical helicopter and firefighting demonstrations. We are participating in Fire Safety Fest with Kissimmee Fire and Osceola County Fire Rescue, as we celebrate national Fire Prevention Month.

We hope to see you soon at these events in St. Cloud, your Centerplace for Life!
