The new Powerball jackpot is now estimated to be a cool $590 million, making it tied for the 10th largest jackpot in Powerball history. No one has won the jackpot since mid-April, 33 drawings ago.
If someone matches all the numbers this Saturday and decides to take the lump sum option, the cash value amount will be $304.8 million. If someone does not win, Saturday’s jackpot could crack the top-10 among Powerball jackpots.
The odds of a single ticket winning the Powerball jackpot are 1 in 292 million.
