The Central Florida Animal Reserve, a big cat and wildlife sanctuary housing lions, tigers, leopards, and cougars in eastern Osceola County, recently had an extremely creative fundraiser at Painting with a Twist in Kissimmee. Artists from all over the community had an opportunity to “paint” Cody the Lion as part of the fundraiser.

After raffling off all the “works of art” along with some awesome door prizes, the event raised over $650 for the Big Cats with over 40 people in attendance.

Congratulations to The Central Florida Animal Reserve on a great event and for its heart for compassion, conservation and commitment to protecting such magnificent animals.
