ST. CLOUD, Fla. — A months-long investigation into what authorities described as a troubled property in St. Cloud led to the arrest of 11 people Thursday morning after police executed a search warrant at a home on West New Nolte Road.
According to the St. Cloud Police Department, officers worked alongside the Kissimmee Police Department to serve the warrant at a residence located at 810 W. New Nolte Road, a property police say had generated more than 40 calls for service so far in 2025.
Investigators said the operation followed an ongoing investigation into alleged criminal activity taking place at the home, which authorities referred to as a “nuisance property.”
During the search, officers seized more than 60 pieces of evidence, including approximately 28 grams of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Authorities said some items recovered from the home tested positive for both methamphetamine and fentanyl.
Among those arrested were individuals facing charges related to drug possession, drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest, dealing in stolen property, and providing false identification to law enforcement. Police said additional charges could be filed as evidence continues to be processed.

St. Cloud Police Chief Douglas Goerke said illegal activity like that uncovered during the investigation has no place in the community and emphasized the department’s commitment to neighborhood safety.
Kissimmee Police Chief Charles Broadway also highlighted the partnership between agencies involved in the operation.
Following the investigation, City of St. Cloud code enforcement and building officials condemned the home after determining it was uninhabitable.
Officials also said Osceola County Animal Services removed eight dogs from the property and is currently caring for the animals.

Según el St. Cloud Police Department, oficiales trabajaron junto al Kissimmee Police Department en la residencia ubicada en 810 W. New Nolte Road, propiedad que había generado más de 40 llamadas de servicio en lo que va del 2025.
Durante el operativo, los investigadores incautaron más de 60 piezas de evidencia, incluyendo aproximadamente 28 gramos de metanfetamina y parafernalia de drogas. Las autoridades indicaron que algunos artículos dieron positivo tanto para metanfetamina como para fentanilo.
Los arrestados enfrentan cargos relacionados con posesión de drogas, parafernalia, resistencia al arresto, tráfico de propiedad robada y proporcionar identificación falsa a las autoridades. La policía informó que podrían presentarse cargos adicionales mientras continúa el procesamiento de evidencia.
El jefe de policía de St. Cloud, Douglas Goerke, señaló que este tipo de actividad ilegal no tiene lugar en la comunidad y reafirmó el compromiso del departamento con la seguridad de los vecindarios.
